This book proves that even someone with a chronic and incurable can still cook and eat a delicious can be shared with family members and guests. I’m not much of a cook, but my favorite recipes are garlic and feta cheese dip, Corn Chowder Chicken, chicken and green bean casserole and Stovetop Peach Bread Pudding.

At the end of the book I found an excellent resource list of websites and all agencies with diabetes should have a bookmark in their favorite web browser. There is also a list of exchange that covers the bread and starches, vegetables, fruits, milk, meat, fat, free food, food combining, food for special treats and tips for food measurement. My favorite is the Annex instructions on creating other herbs and seasoning blends. You can choose to use fresh or dried herbs to create mixes such as a mixture of Cajun, Mediterranean, a mixture, a mixture and stuffing. These mixtures are not expenses and are all tastes.
